RULES to the OCBC TOURNAMENT</u>
<sup>-ONLY OC characters, That means no fanart. It has to be your own character, your very original, no fanart of Naruto, Bleach, etc

-Comic, flash vids, and literature (but you must provide a colored ref sheet of your character)

-NO GODMODDING!!!</u> Don’t kill your opponent with one swift blow. Your character cannot be a Mary Sue (If you don't know what that is, look it up). I mean, shit, where’s the creativity in that? >/

-Killing your opponent is optional. To OC owners: If your character is killed by your opponent, and your opponent wins, you can think of this as a parallel universe to your own world.

-Tag teams (with a limit of 4-5) are allowed but only ONE is allowed to fight for each tournament.

BUT NOTE The more OCs you’re going to enter, the more OC REFERENCES you’ll have to make (*inside laugh*

-LIMIT the gore. It can go up to NC-17 only >.> I don’t want to get sued by parents ya know?

About the Storyline

1.So who is this queen and why is she desperately trying to capture Paine and the   
  others?
        
-I will also be submitting comics as the tournament progresses, revealing more about their storyline.

2.What is that power; the power to control their world?
-Well it’s basically a power, a powerful magic she has been storing. This power doesn’t have to grant you domination over your world, it can also grant you a different wish (from limitless food supply, to limitless power <-but this will cost you your very own soul, your very own morality, so I suggest you refrain from doing that<)

3.If Paine and Tremor has the strength of a hundred army, why don’t they stop running away and face off the queen?
-*throws tomatoes at you* your mom, that’s why >.> But joking aside, they don’t want to face her off, because they just can’t. Maybe because they’re afraid not from power but of something else; who knows?

4.Who is this man?
-He is either Tremor’s father, Isaac, the guardian Nathaniel, or Tremor’s brother, Arthur

6.Why are you doing this?
-To progress my OC’s story =] and giving out free subs...

About the audition/tournament</u>

1. Are we allowed to submit OC refs that is already in our gallery?
-Yes you are. If you want to sort of do a few quick changes to it, be my guest

2. Isn't that unfair to people who hasn't done the OC ref yet?
-Not really. I mean if you think about it, they've already gone the trouble of making an OC and you haven't. So technically, it would be unfair to them to make the same ref sheet of the same OC just for my tournament

3. I'm a writer, what do I do?
-Well, you need someone to do your OC ref (it can't be any of the judges cause we
already got our hands full ).

4. How many OCs can I submit?
-4 to 5 OCs but you are limited to ONE character for each round to fight off your
opponent. If your opponent however wishes to include everyone in their entry,then that's basically their decision

5. How are entries (within the audition and the tournament) judged?
-Creativity, originality, effort and good storyline. Remember it.

6. Can we appeal after the results?
-No, a judge's decision are FINAL. You will be given a critique for your entry, where you scored high, and where you need improvement.

7. I don't like any of the locations you gave/ I want to make a different location
-That's fine so long as you SPECIFY where it is taking place. You cannot submit an entry with a different location but then we see that there actually are no background effort in it and no name...

8. What happens when I lose?
-An OC has the option for her OC to die (I don't know why anyone would do that...) where RandomEffect's grave diggers will bury them...alive or not...
To those who doesn't wish their OCs to die, she will still kill you off and you can simply call it a parallel universe to your own world

9. Can I fight a specific person?
-No. If we bend the rules to you, then we bend everyone's rules. All match ups will be done randomly.

10. How long does comic strip/flash have to be?
-For as long as you can keep up with it.

11.Are we allowed to do Spectator's Entry?
-Dude/tte, be my guess, nobody's stopping you

12. What happens to the winner?
-A comic made by me will be made and the winner(depending which side) has the option to choose who they will battle. If they are one Paine's side, they can choose to fight the queen and her army or Ryo and his soldiers. If you are on the queen's side, you will have the option to either fight Paine/ Tremor/ Freeman.
