Okay, first of all, you guys have got to NOT take this song literally. Watch the music video; you're all artists, I'm sure you can actually understand what the guy is talking about, or it not, interpret it, but for the love of god, DON'T TAKE IT LITERALLY

The song talks about (or I interpret it as such) giving up and forgetting your childhood as you grow up. You have to be this certain person society wants you to be. As man grow up, they forget their 'creativity' and what it means to be a kid. Some still cling to that small joy and their only escape is their memories or their dreams.

ANYWAYS! I made a princess Her name is Princess Eliza (blargh), and she's sort of a tomboy. She'd rather play sword fights and run around outside than practice proper women etiquette. She used to have longer hair, but when she turned 14, she was fed up with everyone trying to make her act and be someone she doesn't want to be, and cut off her hair short and took off to a nearby lake/swamp/place where she is greeted by a thousand fireflies. For the first time in her life, Eliza felt like she was free, only for that just one moment, forgetting all her worries as the fireflies lit up around her.
